Ozark Mountain Medicine ships packages via USPS Flat Rate Priority Mail shipping. 

PLEASE ALLOW 2 FULL BUSINESS DAYS TO PROCESS AN ORDER, BEFORE IT GOES TO SHIPPING.

We need 2 full business days to process any order received, Monday through Friday. Please remember that USPS Priority Shipping does NOT entail priority handling. 

Average delivery time is 5 to 7 business days. We ask that you allow a minimum of 7 business days before contacting us with any questions. 

Tracking numbers are provided for all orders AT TIME OF SHIPPING, WHICH WILL BE 2 FULL BUSINESS DAYS AFTER ORDER DATE. IF YOU DID NOT RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER, CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER.

We only ship within the U.S. In addition to shipping fees, products purchased on the Website may be subject to a non-refundable order processing fee. Ozark Mountain Medicine is not responsible for any order that is stolen outside the customers’ address, lost in transit, not delivered, or seized.

Returns

Due to the nature of our product(s), we only replace or refund products that suffered damage in shipping. In case of damage, notify us within 14 days of receiving, along with photo(s) showing the broken/damaged containers, and we will happily refund or replace the product.
